About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is all about creating an exceptional in-store experience — welcoming customers, sharing product knowledge, finding product in the warehouse for customers, keeping the retail floor clean, and helping customers find the perfect fit. If you're passionate about great service, enjoy connecting with people, and love the energy of retail, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
  • Provide personalized recommendations and styling or fit advice as needed
  • Maintain store appearance — keep displays neat, restock merchandise, and ensure the floor looks its best
  • Support inventory tasks such as receiving, tagging, and organizing new stock
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and uphold store standards
  • Represent the brand by maintaining a positive, professional, and welcoming demeanor

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer care
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • GED preferred

We require all employees to work weekends as these are the busiest times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $12.00 per hour
