Full-Time Solar DOOR TO DOOR Outreach Coordinator (Entry-Level | Training Provided)

We are seeking driven individuals to join our residential clean-energy outreach team. This position is ideal for those who enjoy talking with people and are looking for long-term growth in a supportive environment. No prior solar experience is required — training is included.

About Us

Our organization works with homeowners throughout Texas to help them explore solar options that may offer long-term utility savings. We focus on professionalism, development, and teamwork. Many members of our team began with no industry background and have grown into leadership roles through continued coaching and field experience.

Position Overview

You will visit local communities, speak with homeowners, introduce the benefits of renewable energy, and arrange follow-up consultations with our energy specialists.

This is an entry-level outreach position — no selling or closing responsibilities.

Work Schedule

  • Field outreach begins around 5 PM, Monday–Friday
  • Training offered weekly:
  • Virtual: Tuesday & Thursday at 2 PM (Google Meet)
  • In-person: Monday, Wednesday & Friday in Frisco, TX

Candidate Requirements

  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Smartphone for communication and scheduling
  • Comfortable engaging with homeowners
  • Dependable, motivated, and open to coaching
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required

Compensation

  • Commission-based structure with no earning cap
  • Additional incentives for qualified appointments and completed projects
  • Field-based role involving door-to-door community outreach

Location

Primarily in the Frisco–Dallas area and surrounding communities.
