Overview: Anew Transport is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Vehicle Title and Registration Specialist. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with state-specific regulations and maintaining the integrity of our vehicle documentation process. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, reliable, and professional, with the ability and willingness to work closely with DMV's. To support a seamless onboarding experience, remote training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the pick-up, drop-off, and processing of vehicle title and registration paperwork at various Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) offices nationwide.
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely handling of all title and registration documents in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Maintain meticulous and traceable documentation for all transactions, ensuring that each document remains unchanged from its original state from creation to archiving, with any alteration—intentional or accidental—being clearly detectable.
  • Document and report all interactions with DMV personnel and other regulatory officials.
  • Provide regular status updates and communicate effectively with internal teams regarding title and registration progress, challenges, and resolution strategies.
  • Represent Anew Transport with a high level of courtesy and integrity when dealing with DMV officials, inspection stations, and other external partners.
  • Ensure full compliance with state-specific vehicle registration laws, regulations, and procedures across all jurisdictions.

Compensation Details:

  • Possible reimbursements for mileage available.
  • This position pays $ $300.00 per day.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license or state ID required; CDL preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated reliability and commitment to completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of, or experience with, vehicle titling and registration within sate regulations.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and documentation discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities on short notice.
