Account Executive – Crypto Infrastructure & Hosting Solutions
Boston, MA | Hybrid | $70-75K + uncapped Commission
Our client, a rapidly growing player in the Crypto/Bitcoin and digital infrastructure space, is seeking a highly motivated
Account Executive
to join their expanding team. This individual will play a key role in building strategic relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients across North America.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and engineering) to deliver customized proposals and solutions that meet client needs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and event participation.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Track opportunities, forecasts, and customer engagement within CRM tools.
- Represent the company at major
Bitcoin and blockchain conferences,
serving as a trusted subject-matter advocate. - Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, competitive insights, and client requirements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years sales or account management experience
, ideally within crypto, technology infrastructure, decentralized finance, energy, or digital/SaaS sectors. - Proven success in managing the full sales process and exceeding revenue targets.
- Solid understanding (or strong interest) in
Bitcoin mining, digital assets, and decentralized finance
. - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into client value.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple high-value relationships.
- Experience with
HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience selling energy, hosting, or mining-related services.
- Knowledge of
ASIC hardware
and operational hosting models. - Active participation in crypto or Bitcoin communities.
- Familiarity with
Salesloft, Apollo, or other prospecting tools.

- base salary ($70K–$75K)
