About the Role

As the Technology Initiatives Specialist, you will help bridge technology, operations, and project management to ensure alignment and smooth execution across the organization. Partnering closely with the Director of Technology, Risk, and Strategic Initiatives, you will help turn strategy into action, coordinating projects, improving communication across teams, and supporting the tools and systems that keep our company running smoothly.

This position offers a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in technology operations and project management while developing under the guidance of senior leadership.

Project & Administrative Support

  • Support the Director in organizing and executing key technology-related initiatives and special projects.
  • Track tasks, deliverables, and timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership and teams.
  • Anticipate needs, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure follow-through on action items.

Product & Operations Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for operations on technology and workflow questions.
  • Log and track product issues and enhancement requests through resolution.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team.
  • Test new features to confirm functionality and positive user experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of product features and processes.

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Keep project documentation organized and current.
  • Foster collaboration and consistent communication across departments.

Recommended Experience:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent practical work experience.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a professional environment, such as project coordination, executive assistance, operations, or technology support.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with project management or documentation tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus
  • Familiarity with the surrogacy industry is a plus.
