Position Overview:

As an Enterprise Account Executive at HR Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our software solutions and services. This dynamic position involves prospecting for qualified leads, conducting phone sales, delivering online product demonstrations, writing proposals, leading sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and supporting overall sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential leads, engaging in dynamic online product demonstrations.
  • Craft compelling proposals and captivating sales pitches, navigating contract negotiations with an understanding of the unique needs of client organizations.
  • Drive the promotion and sales of our SaaS offerings to potential prospects.
  • Create tailored sales campaigns for client accounts.
  • Achieve revenue quotas on a consistent monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Present sales demos using tools such as Zoom and Webex for screen sharing.
  • Construct a robust business case by analyzing data, comparing it to similar organizations, and summarizing ROI.
  • Engage and present our offerings to all levels of potential customer decision-makers and recommenders.

Qualifications:

  • Expert communicator with strong business acumen.
  • Organized, efficient, and focused on targets while maintaining a high level of integrity.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, preferably in SaaS within a quota-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
