The Senior Manager, Grants & Partnerships will lead Events DC's community grants program and oversee additional city-driven or ad hoc grant opportunities. This role will also be responsible for managing and expanding companywide sponsorships and partnerships that advance Events DC's mission and strategic objectives.

The incumbent will collaborate across all divisions to ensure grants and partnerships are executed effectively, are compliant with all relevant policies, and maximize value for Events DC and its stakeholders. They will cultivate and sustain strong relationships with grantees, community leaders, corporate partners, and civic institutions to strengthen Events DC's reputation, accountability, and impact. The incumbent reports directly to the Director, Cultural Affairs, Grants & Partnerships.
