About the Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will prospect, qualify, and generate customer leads to assist in Veza's overall business growth. By partnering with internal stakeholders, you will help CISOs across markets recognize Veza's impact in their data security and SaaS security. SDRs have the opportunity to grow their careers in Sales and continue contributing to Veza's team success.

You Will:

  • Identify and set meetings that convert to qualified opportunities in the sales pipeline
  • Partner with their AE's to determine the strategy for assigned target accounts in the region
  • Collaborate with Marketing to work on Account Based campaigns
  • Have a deep understanding of the current customer business and how Veza can help
  • Meet and exceed minimum KPIs on a daily basis
  • Achieve or exceed the pipeline goals and number of Qualified Opportunities
  • Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in Target and Prospect Accounts
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails, coordinating strategic discovery meetings)

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required

  • Experience:

  • Proven written and verbal communication
  • Comfort with being able to learn from rejection

  • Former sales experience

  • Prospecting software experience (Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Nav, etc)
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • A firm understanding of how to qualify buyer interest and identify target customers

For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. The compensation for this role depends on several factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates offered a position at the posted job level, the provided range is the expected base salary. This does not include any additional variable compensation, such as commission.
