Job Title: Data Analyst (Python, SQL, Power BI/Tableau)

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract-to-Hire

Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 annually

Overview:

A leading financial services organization is seeking a Data Analyst with strong technical acumen and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Build and automate data pipelines using Python for reporting and analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau (both preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or similar)
