Full-time CMA needed for radiation oncology physician office located in Little Rock, AR. Great full-time opportunity for a professional, motivated, hardworking, and reliable person with strong computer literacy (Office applications/spreadsheets EMR-Athena and ARIA from Varian, not Facebook), medical terminology, and excellent communication skills. You will be the "face of the practice" meaning that you will be the first person patients see when they come in the office. Will handle front (insurance verification, prior auths and all records, and scheduling) and back (vitals and consultation work-up office duties. 90% of the job will be computer interface, but you will be interacting with patients every day. Hours may vary depending on patient volume and could vary between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm Mon-Fri. Experience with radiation oncology and/or urology desired but not required. The team you will be joining has an excellent reputation and requires a high standard for customer service. Excellent pay (depending on experience) and benefits. No call or weekend work.
