About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Software Developer to support the build and evolution of a high-performance platform. These roles involve hands-on development, architecture input, full-lifecycle delivery, and collaboration across engineering teams. You will work on complex, distributed systems and large-scale data infrastructure, helping drive strategic technical decisions and mentoring engineers along the way.

What You'll Do

  • Lead full-lifecycle software development (design → build → test → deploy → support)
  • Develop backend services and APIs using
    C#/.NET Core
  • Build modern UI components using
    Blazor
  • Develop & optimize cloud-based services (primarily AWS; Azure exposure OK)
  • Participate in architectural discussions and platform modernization efforts
  • Support CI/CD, release processes, version control, and code reviews
  • Solve complex system issues and performance challenges
  • Mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with engineering and product
  • Work in Agile Scrum environment focused on microservices & automation
  • Help shape future platform capabilities, including AI/ML integration initiatives

    C#, .NET Core
  • Frontend:
    Blazor (required), Angular (helpful but not primary focus)
  • Cloud:
    AWS, Azure exposure acceptable
  • DevOps:
    CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes
  • DB:
    SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Scripting:
    Python (for automation/scripting)

Must-Have Experience

  • 7+ years software engineering experience
  • Strong
    C#/.NET Core
    engineering background
  • Hands-on
    Blazor
    development for production systems
  • AWS or Azure cloud experience (AWS preferred)
  • API development & microservices
  • CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), automated testing
  • Strong understanding of distributed system design & performance
