Job Overview
State of Oregon only……..The Clinical Director will oversee all clinical operations, supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep commitment to quality mental health care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of clinical programs and services.
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and case managers.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement treatment protocols, policies, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct case reviews, staff meetings, and clinical trainings.
- Collaborate with administrative leadership to support program growth and community partnerships.
- Monitor client outcomes and support evidence-based practices.
- Manage crisis situations and provide clinical consultation as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
- Current, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, or equivalent) in the state of [insert state].
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of mental health regulations, compliance standards, and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

- Experience in program development and growth.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices.
- Ability to balance administrative duties with clinical oversight.
