About the Role

We're seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist to help manage, optimize, and scale the systems that power Klinic's clinical delivery. You'll translate clinical guidance into efficient workflows, support providers and care teams, and lead implementation of new processes and EHR enhancements.

This is a high-impact, detail-oriented role ideal for a tech-savvy RN or clinical operations professional who thrives on solving complex workflow problems and driving quality improvement in a fast-paced telehealth environment.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the first line for provider and care coordination clinical escalations, resolving questions with compliant, evidence-based guidance.
  • Conduct routine chart reviews to ensure documentation accuracy, protocol adherence, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support care coordinators with clinical coaching, triage guidance, and workflow clarity to reduce unnecessary provider escalations.Lead or contribute to clinical operations projects — including workflow deployment, provider enablement, and EHR optimization.
  • Translate clinical protocols into structured workflows, templates, and SOPs in collaboration with Clinical Quality and Product teams.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for new tools or workflow updates.
  • Track adoption and performance metrics to identify training or process gaps.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to troubleshoot clinical workflow or documentation issues.
  • Prepare and share quality, compliance, and workflow performance reports with leadership.Keep current on telehealth regulations, payer rules, and documentation standards to ensure all workflows remain compliant.
  • Support integration of new tools, automations, or forms into the clinical workflow ecosystem.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives that align with Klinic's operational and clinical goals.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of clinical experience in telehealth, operations, or quality assurance.RN or equivalent clinical operations background (BSN required, MSN preferred).
  • Skilled at translating clinical processes into actionable workflows and documentation templates.
  • Experienced in EMRs, telehealth platforms, and workflow/project management tools.
  • Excellent communicator who can collaborate across clinical, product, and engineering teams.Analytical thinker who enjoys measuring, reporting, and refining performance.Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
