We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. This role involves engaging with customers , making membership sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with member sign up, and wash purchases while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information in the system.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and promote new products or services.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall client services.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Safely Load customer vehicles into the carwash bay.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • able to work in outdoor environments for long periods of time.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
  • Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
