Solar Electrician (Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master)

As we expand rapidly, we're looking for a skilled Solar Electrician to join our team and perform final electrical tie-ins for solar installations across Central PA. If you're ready to grow with us and bring your solar expertise to our valued customers, this role is for you

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct site surveys to ensure accurate preparation for solar installation
  • Perform final tie ins for solar installations
  • Meet with inspectors for installed projects inspections
  • Service and troubleshoot existing projects as needed
  • Maintain Materials inventory on Van for performing installations
  • Complete projects on time and within budget, following company procedures
  • Ensure high-quality work with strict attention to safety standards
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and address any client needs as well as reviewing system components and monitoring with homeowners at time of installation

Requirements:

  • Electrical experience in solar (1 year minimum) performing tie ins.
  • Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master Electrician certification
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction
