Our team of 19 professionals, led by two dedicated Shareholders, provides a full range of tax, business consulting, and assurance services. We work closely with family-owned and privately held businesses across industries like insurance, real estate, medical, and construction, helping them navigate growth, transitions, and opportunities with confidence.

We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our collaborative, client-focused team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to building lasting client relationships. Position Requirements:

  • CPA or CPA Candidate
  • 3–5 years of experience in business and personal tax preparation
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to work overtime during tax season and perform well under time pressure

Additional Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience with CCH Axcess Tax and Engagement software
  • Experience preparing reviewed or compiled financial statements (preferred, not required)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare income tax returns for partnerships, corporations, and individuals
  • Research and interpret current and new tax rules and regulations
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding bookkeeping, tax returns, and related matters
  • Manage client relationships and collaborate with team members to ensure excellent client service
  • Assist with tax planning and consulting opportunities for clients
