headquartered in Charlotte that's transforming how insurers deliver technology-led customer experiences across Life and P&C markets. With ambitious growth plans and a strong client-base, they're now seeking a
Head of Implementation
to take ownership of end-to-end client delivery across their US portfolio.

The Opportunity

Implementation is at the heart of this company's success - and in this line of work, it's always a pressure point. The business needs a proven leader who can
tighten execution, accelerate delivery, and mature the implementation function
as they continue to scale.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading all client implementations across the US, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Building out implementation capability and processes - defining
    repeatable, scalable playbooks
    that can support future growth.
  • Acting as the
    executive delivery lead
    for key US insurance clients, overseeing governance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Working closely with the
    CTO
    and
    Product
    teams to align delivery with product strategy and client expectations.
  • Introducing structure, consistency, and accountability to the delivery process - helping the business double in size over the coming years.

About You

  • 10+ years' experience in
    enterprise software delivery
    within
    Life or P&C insurance
    .
  • Strong track record leading
    SaaS or InsurTech implementations
    along with knowledge of TPA systems, CRM platforms, 3rd-party integrations, API's, etc.
  • Familiarity with
    API integration patterns
    and
    data standards
    relevant to the US market.
  • Skilled at managing
    cross-functional teams
    and establishing effective
    client governance
    .
  • Comfortable in a
    hands-on, in-office leadership role
    within a scaling environment.
  • Passionate about driving improvement, building frameworks, and delivering results quickly and reliably.
