What We Are Looking For
Uniphore is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help drive our Data Platform Initiatives, which power our industry-leading Customer Data Platform (CDP). In this role, you will work closely with engineering, architecture, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to define product roadmaps, enhance AI-driven capabilities, and build scalable data solutions that differentiate Uniphore in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps for Uniphore's data platform, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to define platform infrastructure KPIs, including cost, performance, and reliability SLAs.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify emerging trends and enhance Uniphore's data platform offerings.
  • Collaborate with AI and data science teams to integrate AI-powered capabilities such as identity resolution, audience segmentation, and customer journey orchestration.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Communicate product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Analyze data and customer feedback to continuously improve platform capabilities and user experience.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, ensuring faster execution and product-market fit.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on data platforms, customer data platforms (CDP), or enterprise data infrastructure products.
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL, data orchestration, and identity resolution technologies.
  • Experience working with big data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Hadoop, Spark, and AI-driven analytics.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and best practices in data infrastructure, performance optimization, and scalability.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven technologies applied to customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and automated personalization.
  • Ability to define and execute product roadmaps, working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive key metrics.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, in high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in go-to-market planning, competitive analysis, and product positioning in the enterprise data and AI space.

Hiring Range
$186,900 - $257,000 - for Primary Location of USA - NY - New York

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement, pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.
