Your Mission

As our Entry Level Talent Acquisitions team member, you'll be the voice of our brand in the hiring world. You'll connect with candidates, tell our story, and bring in the best people who align with our energy, values, and growth mindset. You don't just fill seats — you help build teams.

What You'll Do

  • Source and attract top talent across roles (sales, outreach, operations, marketing, etc.)
  • Engage with potential candidates via calls, social, and networking — spark excitement in conversations
  • Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring managers to map role needs, ideal profiles, and candidate pipelines
  • Track recruiting metrics, manage ATS / CRM systems, and improve process flow
  • Forecast hiring needs and proactively build talent funnels
