About Position:

• Work Location: 88 Vilcom Center Dr., Suite 110, Chapel Hill, NC 27514
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, Options available are; 8:00am - 5:00pm or 11:00am - 8:00pm
• Travel: N/A

Job Summary: Provide frontline technical support to PHS staff and users of PHS applications by troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, accurately identifying problem sources, and recommending appropriate corrective actions. Document all problem logs and resolutions thoroughly to maintain clear records. Responsible for setting up computer hardware, installing software applications, and configuring user access to ensure seamless operation and security. Collaborate effectively with other analysts and IT engineers to maintain optimal functionality of computers and peripherals for all staff.

Qualifications -

Education & Experience: CompTIA A+ Certification (or equivalent) required. Must have either an Associate's degree in a computer-related field or a minimum of one year of Help Desk support experience.

Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Windows-based systems, laptop repairs, wireless networking, and printer maintenance. Experience with user account management in Active Directory.

Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with Citrix environments and workstation imaging is a plus. Ability to quickly learn and support various software applications.

Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users. Demonstrated attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities

Immunizations: Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment.

Pay Range: $20.48/Hourly - $27.52/Hourly
