The Senior Analyst, Corporate Support FP&A, will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning, reporting, and analysis for Circana's corporate functions, including HR, Legal, Finance, and other G&A areas. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Support FP&A, this role will help drive transparency, accountability, and strategic insights across the enterprise.   This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical, detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling business success through financial excellence.   Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with functional leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for corporate departments.Develop and maintain financial models to support monthly outlooks, annual planning, and long-range forecasting.Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packages with variance analysis and actionable insights.Support cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency across corporate functions.Assist in the development of executive-level presentations and board materials.Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, and other FP&A teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with corporate goals.Contribute to finance transformation efforts, including automation, reporting enhancements, and process improvements.Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed. Requirements2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Office Connect) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
