At Michelin-Starred Sushi & Italian Kappo Restaurant【 icca】Head Chef Kazushige Suzuki offers an edomae style omakase menu featuring the highest quality fish flown directly from Japan, including from Toyosu Market.

At our bar, we also offer Italian Kappo, blending Italian and Japanese techniques to highlight the natural flavors of each ingredient.

We are currently seeking Host / Front-of-House Staff to support all aspects of front-of-house operations. We welcome candidates who can provide warm and attentive service as the face of the restaurant, are committed to long-term growth, and have strong communication skills. You will work closely with guests, chefs, kitchen staff, and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

【Key Responsibilities】

  • Manage reservations and customer records (using Tock)
  • Handle payments and POS transactions (using Revel System)
  • Greet and seat guests upon arrival
  • Respond to emails and phone inquiries
  • Support for ordering supplies, consumables, and inventory
  • Provide general front-of-house support
  • Assist with pre-service preparation, in-service operations, and post-service cleanup

【Qualifications】

  • Strong English communication skills (required)
  • Legal work authorization (Green Card, SSN, work permit, etc.)
  • Able to provide valid identification (Green Card, state driver's license, government-issued ID, etc.)
  • Polite, attentive, and professional in guest service
  • Experience with Tock Reservation and Revel System preferred

【Work Schedule】

  • Must be able to work Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays
  • Shift: 3:00pm - 10:00pm with a break
  • Staff meal provided
