Overview

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Golf Lounge Attendant to provide exceptional guest experiences at our premier resort. This role involves managing lounge operations, engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting. Previous experience in customer service, event management, or golf environments is ideal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to delivering memorable leisure experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with lounge bays as needed
  • Manage reservations and coordinate bookings
  • Provide high-quality guest services, including answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge space
  • Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Support other resort activities as needed, including guest engagement initiatives

Skills

  • High school/GED required
  • Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
  • Experience in events management and conflict resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Cash handling proficiency with attention to detail
  • Background in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Previous simulator and golf experience is a plus
  • Korean-speaking is a plus
