QA Automation Manager job description includes leading the strategy for test automation, developing and implementing automated testing frameworks, and leading a team of QA automation engineers. Key responsibilities involve designing test automation solutions, creating and maintaining automated test scripts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into the development pipeline to ensure software quality. Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Leadership: Define the overall QA automation strategy, vision, and goals, and lead and manage the QA automation team.
  • Framework and Script Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for system, regression, and performance testing.
  • Process Improvement: Optimize testing processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to integrate automation tools and workflows into the development lifecycle.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Collect, analyze, and report on key automation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Management: Handle hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and the professional development of QA team members.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality products by overseeing end-to-end QA and automation projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125, $150,000.00 per year
