Responsibilities

  • Teach prepared lessons and adjust them to fit each student's age, level, and background.
  • Use fun and interactive activities to keep students engaged and help them practice English effectively.
  • Check students' language skills and give clear, helpful feedback to support their progress.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods to meet different learning styles and needs.
  • Create a kind, welcoming, and respectful classroom environment for all students.
  • Teach lively online classes in 25-, 15-, and 7-minute formats.
  • Use online tools and platforms to make lessons more interesting and effective.
  • Always be professional, reliable, and on time.
  • Follow all company policies and teaching guidelines.
  • Complete and submit all required reports and tasks on time.

Required Experience

  • Preferred experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL).
  • Strong understanding of effective ESL teaching methods and approaches.
  • Skilled in using online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to creating a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Confident and clear when leading lessons.
  • Experienced in teaching beginner-level students using flexible, clear, and student-friendly techniques.
  • Responsible, reliable, and dependable in meeting all teaching and reporting requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (Required).
  • Must be a citizen of the U.S., Canada, or the U.K. (Applicants from other countries will be rejected immediately.)
  • Stable landline or Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi alone is not acceptable).
  • English must be your first language.
  • Working headset with a microphone (No earbuds allowed).
  • Valid identification (Passport or Driver's License).
  • Professional workspace setup with a clean, appropriate background.
  • Must maintain a professional demeanor and attire at all times.
  • Teaching experience (including homeschooling, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring) is preferred but not required.
  • ESL teaching certifications or credentials are a plus but not mandatory.

Work Schedule:

PM Shift: 18:00 – 24:00 KST (05:00 – 11:00 AM EST)

  • Must commit to a minimum of four-hour block shifts, five days per week (Monday–Friday). No Exceptions
