Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Must be able to maintain the confidentiality regarding HIPAA laws
Effective oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient computer skills – including both hardware management and software familiarity; including Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen along with pre-employment extensive background screening.
Must have valid driver's license to meet minimum qualifications. Must be able to attain/maintain TWIC/Safety Cards. Also, must have reliable transportation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Basic functions of the role consist of the following:
Knowledge of medical terminology
Assisting with medical injuries and assisting medical providers with the care of patients
Maintaining and performing inventory checks of the supplies
Perform occupational health physical components
Perform Vision Tests, Fit Tests, Pulmonary Function Test (PFT), Drug & Alcohol Testing, Audiograms, Phlebotomy, Vital Signs
Administer Urinary Tests
Must be able to work flexible hours during peak times
Develops and maintains strong relationship with existing customers.
Imperative that confidentiality be upheld in compliance with HIPAA.
Willing to oversee and facilitate in a wide variety of special projects and special reports as assigned.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, and work procedures of Employer as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
Position requires physical activities but are not limited to climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, finger use, grasping, and hearing, and seeing.
Must be able to exert up to fifty (50) pounds, in the amount of force needed to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stoop, bend, and climb stairs and ladders as required to perform assigned job function.
Must be able to stand long period of time.
Ability to view a computer screen for long periods of time.
Manual dexterity for operating computer and other office equipment.
