The Ford Agency is currently recruiting for a dynamic Administrative Coordinator to support the busy administrative team of this DC professional services firm. The successful candidate will have a great attitude and be ready to take on various administrative and operational tasks throughout the day. This is a terrific role for a candidate with prior experience in a professional services environment who is looking for a great team and an opportunity to learn and grow in a collaborative space

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage calendars and meeting schedules
  • Coordinate travel including flights, lodging, cars, and itineraries
  • Assist with document formatting, editing, and proofreading
  • Set up and break down for internal meetings as well as handling catering
  • Oversee stocking and management of office suite amenities
  • Oversee mail and package distribution
  • Assist with front desk management

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of office assistant / administrative experience working in a professional services (legal, consulting, investment, etc.) firm
  • Experience managing travel and scheduling
  • Experience with editing and proofreading
  • Experience with monthly billing and invoices
  • Professional written and oral communication, and organizational skills

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
