The Role

The Senior Construction Manager will lead on-site project execution, acting as the Owner's Representative and managing design and construction contractors. This role oversees quality, safety, schedule, and budget compliance while ensuring all technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements are met. The position is also responsible for project financial control, issue resolution, and coordination with authorities and stakeholders to ensure the successful and safe delivery of each project.
