Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Automotive "A" Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with strong diagnostic capabilities across all vehicle systems and the ability to handle both gasoline and diesel repairs. You'll play a critical role in ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently, accurately, and safely, while delivering the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including both gasoline and diesel engines.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance services, inspections, and safety checks to keep vehicles reliable and road-ready.
  • Diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and engine issues.
  • Service and repair diesel systems, including fuel injection, turbochargers, aftertreatment (DEF/DPF), and emissions systems.
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools, scanners, and software (e.g., ALLDATA, Identifix, OEM platforms) to accurately identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to streamline workflow and ensure accurate communication of recommended repairs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly used and cared for.
  • Stay current with new technologies, repair techniques, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as an A-level Automotive Technician, with proven ability to handle advanced diagnostics and complex repairs.
  • Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and repair software.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Ability to clearly communicate findings, repairs, and recommendations to service advisors and team members.
  • High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering excellent workmanship.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
