What You'll Do

  • Lead residential jobs start-to-finish; train and mentor apprentices
  • Work directly with homeowners; guide them through recommendations and options
  • Handle both construction and service/maintenance work
  • Deliver clean, code-compliant installs with pride and professionalism

What You Bring

  • 5+ years residential electrical experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Strong customer communication and sales-assist skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and run jobs
  • High integrity, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship
  • Great teammate—respectful with customers and coworkers
