Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned MDM Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on customer and product master data. This role plays a pivotal part in driving enterprise-wide adoption of Oracle MDM solutions, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of MDM projects—from planning and execution to stakeholder engagement and delivery. You'll be instrumental in maintaining data governance standards, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end MDM projects centered on customer and product data.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and business stakeholders to drive execution.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance and quality protocols.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for business leaders regarding MDM project updates.
  • Deliver regular program status reports and executive-level communications.

Key Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience managing MDM projects, with a strong delivery track record.
  • Expertise in customer and product master data management methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle MDM or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Strong background in data governance, integration, and data quality.
  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex environments.
