Overview

The Washington, D.C. office is seeking an on-site legal secretary/paralegal with litigation experience. The primary duties of this position include working for a minimum of four (4) attorneys to provide administrative support, including creating legal documents, opening new matters, scheduling meetings and travel, assisting with information technology professionals, and processing various financial-related tasks. In addition, responsibilities include working as a team with attorneys to compile and organize  information for interrogatories, pleadings, motions, and depositions, discovery responses, and trial preparation. A successful candidate will demonstrate experience in the above skills and in scheduling depositions and witness interviews, working with litigation services vendors, filing and serving documents in both state and federal courts, and cite checking of briefs.
