Palmdive is hiring an Entry-Level Event Assistant in Culver City.

This is a face-to-face sales role. You'll be speaking with people directly at events, pop-ups, and trade shows, helping well-known brands connect with their audiences in real life.

We're looking for an Entry-Level Event Assistant who is energetic, approachable, and excited to talk with customers. You'll be trained on our products and messaging, so no experience is necessary—we focus on soft skills: communication, confidence, and a passion for working with people.

What You'll Be Doing as an Entry-Level Event Assistant:

  • Attending live events, shopping centers, expos, and markets
  • Approaching and engaging with customers face-to-face
  • Sharing product and service info in a clear, friendly way
  • Answering questions, handling objections, and supporting on-site sign-ups or purchases
  • Creating memorable experiences for customers
  • Representing respected national and global brands
  • Participating in regular workshops and team-building sessions
