Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Services Associate, located in Charlotte, NC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Client Services Associate will be responsible for day-to-day client support activities, including responding to client inquiries, addressing client needs, and ensuring a positive client experience. The role will also involve coordinating with other departments to facilitate the delivery of financial services and maintaining accurate client records. This position will report to the Director of Operations of the firm and work closely with the Director of Client Services.

Qualifications

  • Client Services and Customer Support skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Basic understanding of Finance
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
