About the project

As a Senior Advanced AI Engineer,you will lead end-to-end architectures across retrieval (RAG), agents, and evaluation; drive reliability, cost, and security; and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver measurable impact at scale. Experience balancing rapid experimentation with operational excellence in cloud environments is essential.

How you'll contribute

Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered and distributed systems.

Deploy, operate, and monitor AI/ML and GenAI models in production environments.

Contribute to system architecture decisions ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

Implement best practices for security, observability, and evaluation of AI systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions.

Optimize retrieval and inference pipelines to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Stay current with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance solution design.

This would make you the ideal candidate

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

6+ Years of experience working with Python software engineering, including async programming and frameworks like FastAPI.

4+ Years of experience working with designing and implementing microservices and distributed systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

3+ Years of experience working with deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions in production, managing observability, orchestration, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs) and prompt engineering techniques designing prompt validation, schema enforcement, and hallucination mitigation strategies.

Application of security practices for LLMs, including prompt injection prevention and sensitive data protection.

Proven experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and multi-agent systems, applying coordination or reasoning strategies for AI pipelines.

Hands-on experience optimizing retrieval pipelines (chunking, hybrid/vector search, metadata filtering, and re-ranking).

Implementation of evaluation pipelines to assess model reliability and safety.

Demonstrated ability to reason about architecture trade-offs (latency, accuracy, cost, scalability) and optimize system design accordingly.

Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, and performance optimization in production-grade AI systems.

Experience designing and maintaining AI-driven automation or web-based systems (e.g., Playwright, Selenium) and addressing real scalability challenges.

Solid understanding of AI reliability and observability patterns (monitoring, tracing, retry mechanisms, circuit breakers).

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS).

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning AI initiatives with business goals.

Experience deploying and operating in AWS or similar cloud environments.

Familiarity with fine-tuning approaches (LoRA, PEFT).

Familiarity with evaluation platforms (Langfuse, Langsmith, OpenAI Evals, etc).

Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
