Part-Time Program & Operations Manager

The Role

The Program & Operations Manager serves as the heartbeat of Resolute Charlotte.

You'll oversee all day-to-day operations, manage our Man Up transitional housing program, provide direct support to participants, and help establish partnerships that strengthen our impact.

This is a hands-on, purpose-first role — perfect for someone who thrives on community work, independence, and building structure where it's needed most.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and coordinate all programs, including transitional housing, workforce readiness, and reentry support.
  • Conduct participant intakes, create 90-day action plans, and provide weekly check-ins.
  • Oversee the Man Up house: ensure safety, cleanliness, and accountability.
  • Build relationships with employers, housing providers, churches, and nonprofits.
  • Facilitate small group sessions, resource fairs, or outreach events.
  • Track progress and submit simple weekly updates to the Board.
  • Help seek and prepare the organization for grant funding and long-term sustainability.

Schedule & Expectations

  • Approx. 20–25 hours/week with flexible scheduling.
  • Core availability: Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM.
  • At least 3 in-person days/week (office, housing site, or community visits).
  • Occasional evenings/weekends for events or emergencies.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong passion for helping justice-involved or housing-insecure individuals.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Friendly communicator who builds trust easily with participants and partners.
  • Experience (or willingness to learn) in case management, housing, or nonprofit work.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable with email, Google Drive, and basic documentation.
