We're looking for a Product Designer to help shape the next chapter of our design practice and a core area of our platform. This is a rare opportunity to help design "how we design" in this world of AI product features, tools, and processes. On top of that, our product development org is growing, with a mandate to build an industry leading product. Needless to say, we're at a pivotal moment of growth and opportunity for the kind of strategic work a strong designer will love.
This role is ideal for someone who is a problem solver, has a systems-thinking mindset, and believes design is a tool for unlocking better business outcomes. You'll work closely with product and engineering partners, champion our customers, and help elevate how design shows up in every part of the product.
You will…
- Join a small but mighty team of passionate designers
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and fellow designers to shape strategy and craft elegant user experiences
- Design intuitive, high-impact solutions that make complex workflows feel simple for both field and office crews as well as their clients
- Meet with customers at their locations and on calls
- Contribute to the growth of our design system and design ops foundation – helping us scale consistent, accessible experiences across multiple platforms and brands
- Balance big-picture thinking with thoughtful execution
- Utilize AI tools for research, design, and prototyping (we're leaning in)
- Contribute to a strong, collaborative design culture grounded in feedback, transparency, and craft
- Build products for the SMB customer; a mashup of the visual design craft of B2C and the strategic workflow needs of enterprise
Qualifications
- Deep-rooted curiosity and user empathy
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful, outcome-driven work across multiple user flows, all wrapped in strong UI sensibilities
- 2+ years working as a product designer at a SaaS company
- Experience working closely with product managers and engineers to shape solutions from concept to delivery
- Proficient in Figma and confident working with component libraries
- Experience utilizing design systems (bonus points for contributing/building)
