We are currently seeking experienced Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and professional service to guests during events and functions hosted at our venue. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a memorable experience by delivering high-quality service and attending to their needs throughout the event.

 Responsibilities:

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other decorations.Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements.Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, following established service standards.Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or special requirements.Ensure that all food and beverages are presented and served in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines.Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the banquet area throughout the event.Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate food and beverage service efficiently.Clear tables and clean banquet rooms after events, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored.Provide assistance to guests with disabilities or special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.Follow company policies and procedures, including adhering to dress code and grooming standards.

 Required Experience:

  • Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/carry trays and equipment as needed.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Working Conditions/Environment 

The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (8) hours per day.Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently. The person having this responsibility may have to move, pull, carry, or lift objects weighing at least 50 pounds. The work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those an Employee typically encounters while performing the essential functions of the position.
