About the Role
CAN-AM Sports Medicine is looking for a full-time hours a week) Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for prospective patients seeking high-quality, results-driven care. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys having meaningful conversations, is organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
We are not a traditional clinic. Our practice is centered around 1-on-1, hour-long sessions, movement-based rehab, and helping active individuals and athletes reach their full potential. We only accept patients we know we can help—and your role is essential in qualifying those individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and assess if potential patients are a good fit
- Make 25 outbound calls per day to prospects and leads
- Book 20–25 qualified new appointments per month
- Execute 10 daily follow-up messages through designated channels
- Use CRM software, Google Sheets, and our EHR to document and track leads
- Follow structured sales processes and scripts to maintain consistency
- Confirm appointments, assist with reschedules, and reduce no-shows
- Keep all records and systems updated accurately and on time
- Support campaign outreach and lead management during promotional periods
Top 3 Priorities
- Personally book 20–25 new patient consultations per month
- Maintain accurate records across all communication and platforms
- Consistently follow the company's sales process, scripts, and tracking protocols

- Comfortable having phone conversations and guiding others
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
- Adaptable, coachable, and eager to grow personally and professionally
- Familiarity with Google Suite, CRM systems, and digital communication tools

Compensation
- Base Salary: $31,200-$40,000 depending on experience
- Additional performance-based incentives may apply
