Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications leveraging

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into robust technical solutions.
  • Ensure

  • Optimize performance
    and troubleshoot issues to maintain application reliability and user satisfaction.
  • Provide
    technical mentorship
    and support to junior developers to build a collaborative, high-performing team.
  • Conduct
    code reviews
    to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best coding practices.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive
    technical documentation
    for all developed solutions.
  • Participate in
    project planning
    , providing accurate time estimates and status updates.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in IAM, Java development, and database management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 8–12 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Proven expertise in
    Java
    (Core Java, Spring Boot preferred) and
    MySQL/Oracle
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    SailPoint IdentityIQ
    – configuration, workflows, policies, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of
    IAM principles
    , provisioning, and access governance.
  • Experience working with
    geospatial applications
    and related data models (preferred).
  • Excellent
    problem-solving
    , analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Strong
    communication and collaboration
    skills for working across business and technical teams.
  • Proactive learner with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
