Position Summary:
The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) plays a vital role in supporting the operational growth, consistency, and profitability of The Tox franchise locations. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to franchise owners, providing hands-on coaching, strategic guidance, and performance accountability. The ideal candidate is operationally minded, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of franchisees, building strong relationships and fostering alignment with brand standards and values.
- Conduct regular virtual and in-person coaching sessions to support daily operations, financial performance, customer experience, staffing, and local marketing efforts.
- Analyze studio performance data (e.g. KPIs, client retention, sales targets) and partner with franchisees to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Provide ongoing training and operational support to ensure execution of The Tox method and business model.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ departments including Marketing, Education, and Product to ensure franchisees are equipped with current tools and resources.
- Lead onboarding and launch support for new franchisees, setting a strong operational foundation from day one.
- Support consistent brand execution across studios by conducting audits and identifying areas for alignment or improvement.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, playbooks, and tools to support franchise success.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in franchise operations, multi-unit management, or business coaching (wellness, fitness, or beauty industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs, financial metrics, and business levers that drive profitability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport, coach effectively, and drive accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing brand with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Travel required (estimated 25–40%).
