Amwins is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Market Support Services Analyst
to join our Operations team. This role supports the
Market Intelligence and Security Committee (MISC)
in evaluating and managing our market relationships with a focus on risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment. You'll be at the center of our market onboarding process, ensuring data integrity, timely approvals, and seamless collaboration across Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Division leadership. This role influences decisions, manages risk and supports smooth market operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process new market requests via ServiceNow workflow.
  • Conduct research and gather documentation to support MISC review and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Division and Practice Leaders, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to secure approvals.
  • Maintain and audit market data in Amlink, including appointments, agreements, and contact records.
  • Coordinate broker questionnaires, appointment paperwork, and payment terms.
  • Support tickets for our market login requests and set up new users with logins for market portals
  • Manage and maintain our market codes and subcodes with our external business partners
  • Support internal market portal logins and troubleshooting issues pertaining to portal logins with our market partners
  • Manage and maintain market policy number blocks for our Amwins offices
  • Participate in testing and refining automated workflows to improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Analytical/problem solving opportunities to help identify trends and improve processes.
  • Continuously update documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of insurance (P&C preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
