Job Description:

This Staff will work on various state and local tax projects for the various service lines within State and Local Tax Consulting so the candidate should possess the ability to develop strong technical skills. This candidate will also assist in growing Crowe's State and Local Tax Consulting practice and being actively involved in the community. The candidate must exhibit a professional demeanor and work successfully in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required
• 1 - 2 years tax experience in public accounting or internship experience
• Must be CPA eligible
• State income/franchise tax consulting and compliance experience required
• Must possess strong research and writing skills and possess strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
• Must be willing to work overtime during busy season and as required

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $51, $108,500.00 per year.
