Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Technical Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer (RTE) (Charlotte) to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer (RTE) (Charlotte), you will be an integral part of the Agile Delivery Department supporting multiple Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Charlotte, NC (Local Only 3days on-site)

What's the Job?

  • Optimize the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies, and providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress.
  • Act as an Agile Coach, promoting and coaching Agile principles and practices across teams.
  • Facilitate scaled planning activities such as PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
  • Mentor junior Scrum Masters and support continuous improvement initiatives within Agile teams.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 4 years of development experience using JAVA/J2EE, Spring-based applications.
  • Experience working in UNIX and Windows operating systems.
  • Proficiency with version control tools such as SVN, Bitbucket, or GIT.
  • Experience in REST API development and working with Oracle databases.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and scaled Agile frameworks.
