This program includes global authentication services, Human and Non-Human Identity Security Engineering and Management, and remediation efforts across our entire global infrastructure. You will work closely with our security operations team, technical leaders, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize Identity Security efforts, controls, and support.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a comprehensive Identity program that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Work alongside engineers who support the Enterprise IdP for both internal workforce and external clients.Coordinate with technical teams to develop and implement solutions to enhance and expand the Identity and Access Management posture across the company.Work closely with business stakeholders to communicate risk and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external auditors, regulators, and partners.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with a focus on Identity Security.Experience working with a global team and coordinating security efforts across multiple regions.Strong understanding of IdP, Authentication, and Active Directory methodologies and tools.Experience with security risk assessments and audit response.Knowledge of industry standards and best practices, including ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.Estimated compensation for this position:172,000.00 – 175,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
