Our Lot Directors are an integral part of daily operations at The Parking Spot. They are responsible for ensuring shuttles are dispatched timely to meet our service levels between the parking facility and airport. Pay Rate: $12/hour with regular bonus opportunities

Weekly Schedule:

  • On-Call
  • Shifts available:
    • Sunday-Thursday: 4am-12pm
  • Tuesday-Saturday: 12pm-8pm
  • Friday-Saturday: 4am-12pm
  • Sunday-Monday: 12pm-8pm

Key Responsibilities of Lot Directors:

  • Greets each customer in a friendly and professional manner
  • Develops strong working relationship with drivers
  • Dispatches shuttles and maintains ample coverage at the facility and at the airport
  • Directs proper movement of shuttles, shuttle driver breaks and shuttle fueling schedules
  • Cooperates with all team members to provide the best possible service to all internal and external customers
  • Maintains accurate familiarity with the airport terminals and general area in order to answer questions and provide helpful information to our customers
  • Supports guests and walks the lot
  • Performs additional duties as reasonably requested by Management

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Lot Directors:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
  • Previous dispatch, cashier, and/or customer service experience is preferred
  • Basic math and computer skills are essential
  • Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
  • Must hold a Valid Drivers License
