About the Role

We're looking for a visionary Head of Engineering to lead a high-performing team that's building the future of workplace learning. As technology and AI rapidly reshape jobs, our platform empowers professionals and enterprises to stay ahead through adaptive, AI-powered learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a world-class engineering organization, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and excellence.
  • Define the long-term technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for scalable, high-performance systems.
  • Drive the delivery of AI-powered learning experiences through close collaboration with Product, Design, and Data teams.
  • Partner directly with founders to align technical execution with business and customer strategy.
  • Coach and develop engineering managers and ICs to maximize velocity and impact.
  • Build reliable and secure distributed infrastructure, ensuring quality and uptime as the platform scales.

Qualifications

  • 8–15 years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in engineering leadership managing multiple teams.
  • Proven ability to scale engineering organizations and ship complex products in high-growth environments.
  • Expertise with modern backend and frontend technologies (Python, Go, TypeScript, React, ).
  • Experience with LLM orchestration, distributed systems, and API design.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and strategic planning skills.
  • Passion for learning technology, AI, and building high-impact teams.
