Our client is seeking qualified candidates for a
Process Engineer
. This role will ensure proper startup and/or development of line system and processes. This position is also responsible for process troubleshooting and technical support; leading analysis of root cause/corrective action for quality concerns related to coating line equipment and processes. Responsible for supporting Engineering Change Requests. Successful incumbent will have a flexible mindset and ability to work well with all levels of the organization. This role is within commutable

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that safety and quality guidelines, procedures, and standards are consistently followed throughout the manufacturing operation
  • Own and define the process and equipment, determine/advise how to operate in the specified production area
  • Drives continuous improvement in processes and methods
  • Supports manufacturing floor
  • Provides assembly process troubleshooting
  • Develops corrective actions for any assigned CAR
  • Determines testing equipment needs for new product and engineering changes
  • Investigates problems in area of responsibility on the production floor

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other closely related technical field
  • Experience - 2 years or more engineering role in manufacturing environment
  • Able to field calls outside of core work hours
  • Flexible with changing priorities

Salary and Benefits:
