Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initial incident response, including forensic investigations, and handle situations like business email compromise.

  • Harden servers and lock down networks to improve overall security.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in infrastructure operations, such as help desk or system administration.
  • Proficiency with security tools, including Microsoft Defender and XDR.
  • Ability to conduct forensic investigations and handle security incidents.
  • A basic understanding of IT operations and the desire to learn and grow with a company.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings on security alerts.
