Position Overview:

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for regional routes, suited for recent graduates and seasoned professionals. Gain reliable freight, consistent weekly pay, and fully paid training to launch a stable career with a company dedicated to safety, consistency, and your long-term advancement.

Job Highlights:

  • Home Time: Weekly or Two weeks out two days off
  • New Grads: Fully supported with paid training
  • Trucks: Modern fleet, under 1.5 years old on average

Pay & Benefits:

  • Weekly Pay: $1,350 – $1,600
  • Miles: 2,000 – 3,000 per week
  • Paid Training for all new hires
  • Mileage pay + safety and performance bonuses
  • Extra pay for stops, detention, and layovers
  • Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k)

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Recent graduates accepted (120+ hours from accredited CDL school)
  • Safety-focused and dependable
  • Must comply with all DOT regulations

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate Class A equipment on regional routes
  • Deliver freight on time with accurate documentation
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain clear communication with dispatch
